Attendees must present evidence confirming that at least two weeks before the start date of the event, they received a final dose of a vaccine recognized on the World Health Organization Emergency Use Listing.

Attendees to the event will be able to expedite their check-in process by uploading proof of their vaccination status ahead of time. Stores have the flexibility to be able to design purchase promotions for their store community using organized play support. Stores are recommended to continue registering for events to ensure receipt of ongoing promotional support to reward their in-store communities. While stores are independent of Bandai, organizers of store events should act in the best interest of their community and be mindful of the safety of players.

Prizes to winners will be void if a winner is unable to receive the prize shipment within a reasonable period of time.
