For me it wasn't working until I restarted my pc after installing Daemon Tools lite. Once I restarted the game installed just fine.

The game wasn't loading for me until I exited out of MSI afterburner, so if you have that installed it may cause conflicts. Default resolution was tiny, so make sure you change it in nGlide configurator. Anyone have a fix to this?

Southpark is a 16 bit game and you will not get it to run in 64 bit Win 10 without some emulation. I am going to try winevdm, it worked for Monty Python's complete waste of time.

I have the original cd and it runs perfect on Win 10 64 bit with winevdm. JamesTDG 0 point. I have been unable to find this game for a while, it is a good thing that this exists. I just wish there was a N64 rom that I could use with my emulator, namely because of the reported windows issues. Ranz 2 points.
